Masteri Grand View floor plans: Spark & Glow towers
The Spark (CT8) and Glow (CT9) towers share the same structure: 308 apartments each, with two wings, A and B. 1BR–4BR apartments are on levels 5–22, Penthouse Duplexes on levels 23–24 and commercial shops on levels 1–2.

Typical floor plan
The Spark tower plan for levels 7–14 includes all four types — 1BR, 2BR, 3BR and 4BR — around two cores. Examples from the leaflet: 1BR type 3 at 56.6 m² gross (51.2 m² net), 2BR type 2 at 81.8 m² (75.4 m²), 3BR type 1 at 113.5 m² (105.9 m²), 4BR type 2 at 136.6 m² (127.8 m²).
Level 5 has larger special units, including 4BR units of 175.7 m² gross (Spark) and 180.8 m² (Glow).
Amenity floor plan
The Spark tower amenity plan sets out 21 items: an infinity pool with submerged loungers, a kiddie pool, outdoor showers, a reading garden, a meditation – yoga garden, an outdoor gym, BBQ area and children’s playground, plus indoor spaces including a gym, yoga room, library, lounge, business centre, studio, multi-purpose hall, gaming room and children’s indoor play area.

Levels 23–24 of each tower hold 13 two-storey Penthouse Duplexes. Total gross area per unit is 143.9–372.2 m²; the largest (372.2 m²) is in the Spark tower. The plan below is level 23 of the Spark tower — the areas shown on it are for that level only.
