Masteri Grand View has 616 apartments in five lines: 1BR, 2BR, 3BR, 4BR and Penthouse Duplex. 2BR is the most numerous type (204 units); there are 26 Penthouse Duplexes on levels 23–24.

Penthouse Duplex on levels 23–24
The 26 Penthouse Duplexes (13 per tower) span levels 23–24. Gross areas fall into four main groups: about 144 m², 152 m², 212–215 m² and 359–372 m². The largest is A-23-01 in the Spark tower (372.2 m² gross, 354.3 m² net).
Penthouse Duplexes are handed over shell & core — owners complete the interiors themselves.
Buying on the transfer (resale) market
Under the latest policy (01/08–30/09/2026, now expired), Penthouse Duplexes are sold by transfer of the sale and purchase agreement (SPA): a VND 500 million deposit, a signed agreement, a notarised transfer contract, then the developer confirms the transfer and the buyer takes over the rights and obligations of the SPA.
- Typical costs: 2% personal income tax on the transfer price and the notary fee for the transfer contract; 0.5% registration fee when the certificate is issued. Who pays which cost is agreed between the parties.
- Check before paying a deposit: the original SPA, the amount already paid to the developer and the status of certificate issuance.
- Foreign buyers: check the remaining ownership quota unit by unit.
