Masteri Grand View location in The Global City
Masteri Grand View is the first high-rise project in The Global City, with the Spark and Glow towers on Do Xuan Hop Street. This page sets out the new and former addresses, the road links and the landmarks shown on the map in the developer’s leaflet.
Address: new and former ward names
According to the developer’s sales policy, the project is the apartment buildings combined with commercial services CT8 (Spark) and CT9 (Glow) of the Saigon Binh An New Urban Area Project, Binh Trung Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.
Before the 2025 administrative reorganisation, the area belonged to An Phu Ward, Thu Duc City (former District 2). The project’s leaflet and floor plans still give the address as "The Global City, Do Xuan Hop, An Phu Ward, Thu Duc City", so many people still search by the former name.
Road links
- Do Xuan Hop Street — the main road of the urban area.
- The HCMC – Long Thanh – Dau Giay Expressway and Lien Phuong Road — connecting directly to Vo Nguyen Giap Boulevard.
- Ring Road 2 (Vo Chi Cong) and the An Phu roundabout — shown on the leaflet’s connectivity map.
- The leaflet mentions access to metro lines but does not name stations or give distances.

Among The Global City’s amenities
The Global City covers 117.4 hectares, master-planned by Foster + Partners, with apartments, townhouses, villas, a 123,000 m² shopping centre, schools, a hospital and sports facilities.
