Masteri Grand View 1BR–4BR units are handed over basic-finished according to the developer’s 37-item material list. Below are the main items and the brands listed — the official standard is the one in the SPA.

- Walk-in showers with tempered glass screens and hot/cold showers on slide bars in the master and shared bathrooms.
- Moisture-resistant MDF vanity cabinets with natural stone tops and bevelled mirrors.
- Storage water heaters (Picenza, Ferroli, Ariston, Atlantic, Viessmann…) and bathroom exhaust fans.
Kitchen

What is not on the list
The handover list does not include a refrigerator, washing machine, oven, dishwasher, curtains or loose furniture. Penthouse Duplexes are handed over shell & core and are not covered by this basic-finish list.
